I have 22 years of experience as a teacher and tutor. I've always loved math, and it's a joy to help students become better mathematicians. I'm certified in the states of Maryland and Florida as a math teacher, and I have a bachelor's degree and a masters in math education. As a teacher, I worked with all ranges between middle school and community college. As a tutor, I worked with everyone from elementary school students to community college students. I get along well with everybody, and utilize patience to make sure the my students understand and feel comfortable with a concept before we move on. In addition to math, I can also help students prepare for the PSAT, ACT, GED, SAT, and other standardized exams. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, watching television and movies, reading, and traveling.
